二、 存放

為便于機(jī)組保修期限的科學(xué)計(jì)算和滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)盡快投入使用的愿望，及方便機(jī)組正常的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，建議當(dāng)機(jī)組到達(dá)使用場(chǎng)地后能立即安裝調(diào)試，并安排專(zhuān)職人員負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)組的操作和日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)等工作。

如因一些特殊原因時(shí)，機(jī)組需要存放一段時(shí)間，則應(yīng)視時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短而做出合理可行的存放方案。柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的長(zhǎng)期存放會(huì)對(duì)柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和主交流發(fā)電機(jī)形成決定性的不利影響，而正確的存放方法是十分必要的。

柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的存放應(yīng)按步驟進(jìn)行，包括機(jī)組全面清潔、保持機(jī)組的干燥通風(fēng)、更換適當(dāng)品質(zhì)的新潤(rùn)滑油、徹底放掉水箱內(nèi)的冷卻液和將機(jī)組作防銹處理等。
The storage of diesel generator set shall be carried out according to steps, including overall cleaning of the unit, keeping the unit dry and ventilated, replacing with new lubricating oil of proper quality, completely draining the coolant in the water tank, and treating the unit with rust prevention.
機(jī)組的存放地點(diǎn)應(yīng)能確保不被樹(shù)以及物品砸到，以免發(fā)生損壞。并杜絕易燃易爆物品放在柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組的周?chē)?，有必要預(yù)備一些消防措施，如放置ABC級(jí)滅火器等。

為防止?jié)駳膺M(jìn)入主交流發(fā)電機(jī)線(xiàn)圈，以及大限度地減少濕氣凝結(jié)，使發(fā)電機(jī)的絕緣性能降低，甚至影響到機(jī)組的可使用性，應(yīng)注意保持發(fā)電機(jī)周?chē)h(huán)境的干燥，或采用一些特殊的措施如利用適當(dāng)?shù)募訜岢凉裱b置等，使線(xiàn)圈始終保持必要的干燥。 存放機(jī)組應(yīng)避免過(guò)熱，過(guò)冷或雨淋日曬等。
