1、柴油發(fā)電機未加足冷卻水，或冷卻系統(tǒng)漏水而耗水過多高。

1. The diesel generator does not add enough cooling water, or the cooling system leaks and the water consumption is too high.

2、未按規(guī)定清洗冷卻系統(tǒng)，因水垢積累太多或雜物堵塞水箱散熱器芯管．冷卻水循環(huán)能力不強，冷卻效果差。

2. The cooling system was not cleaned as required, and the radiator core pipe of the water tank was blocked due to too much scale accumulation or sundries. The cooling water circulation capacity was not strong and the cooling effect was poor.

3、風扇皮帶太松或損壞，或風扇葉片變形使風量不足，降低風冷效果；或風扇皮帶打滑導致柴油發(fā)電機的水泵軸轉速減慢，泵水量不足或不泵水。

4、水泵內局部堵塞或磨損過度漏水。

5、節(jié)溫器膨脹筒損壞，節(jié)溫器失效。
