1、容易產(chǎn)生高溫積碳。
1. Easy to generate high-temperature carbon deposition.
燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組燃燒完全，燃燒室溫度比汽油/柴油發(fā)動機(jī)高幾十到幾百度。高溫氧化會導(dǎo)致油品質(zhì)量和粘度下降太多，導(dǎo)致潤滑性能失效。氣缸溫度高時，潤滑油容易產(chǎn)生積碳，導(dǎo)致過早燃燒。火花塞積碳會導(dǎo)致發(fā)動機(jī)異常磨損或故障，還可能增加氮氧化物排放。
The gas generator set burns completely, and the combustion chamber temperature is tens to hundreds of degrees higher than that of gasoline/diesel engines. High temperature oxidation can lead to a significant decrease in oil quality and viscosity, leading to lubrication performance failure. When the cylinder temperature is high, lubricating oil is prone to carbon deposition, leading to premature combustion. 燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組中的汽油/柴油以霧滴的形式噴入氣缸，可以對氣門、氣門座等部件進(jìn)行潤滑和冷卻，而LNG以氣態(tài)進(jìn)入氣缸，不具備液體潤滑的功能，容易使氣門、氣門座等部件在沒有潤滑的情況下變干，容易產(chǎn)生粘著磨損。普通機(jī)油的高灰添加劑在高溫作用下，容易在發(fā)動機(jī)零部件表面形成硬質(zhì)沉積物，造成發(fā)動機(jī)異常磨損、火花塞堵塞、氣門積碳，引起發(fā)動機(jī)爆震、點火延遲或氣門著火。結(jié)果，發(fā)動機(jī)功率降低，功率不穩(wěn)定，甚至縮短了發(fā)動機(jī)的使用壽命。
