發(fā)電機組操作流程

Operation flow of generator set

1、室內(nèi)氣溫低于20℃時，開啟電加熱器，對機器進行預熱。

2、檢查機體及周圍有無妨礙運轉的雜物，如有應及時清走。

2. Check whether there are sundries hindering the operation of the machine body and its surroundings, and remove them in time.

3、檢查曲軸箱油位、燃油箱油位、散熱器水位。如油位水位低于規(guī)定值，應補充至正常位置。

4、檢查燃油供油閥和冷卻水截止閥是否處于開通位置。

9、按動發(fā)動機的起動按鈕，使其啟動運轉。如次起動失敗，可按下配電屏上相應的復位按鈕，待其警報消除、機組回復正常狀態(tài)方可進行第二次啟動。啟動后，機器運轉聲音正常，冷卻水泵運轉指示燈亮及路儀表指示正常，啟動成功。
