1、設(shè)備啟動前準備工作

1. Preparation work before starting the equipment

1.1檢查儲水罐液位，必要時進行水或防凍液的補充。

1.1 Check the liquid level of the water storage tank and supplement with water or antifreeze if necessary.

1.2檢查冷干機、循環(huán)水泵、儲水罐、降溫脫水模塊及各鏈接管線是否正常，如有漏水并消除。

1.2 Check whether the refrigerated dryer, circulating water pump, water storage tank, cooling and dehydration module, and various connecting pipelines are normal. If there is any leakage, eliminate it.

1.3給冷干機上電。

1.3 Power on the refrigerated dryer.

1.4給循環(huán)水泵控制箱上電。

1.4 Power on the control box of the circulating water pump.

1.5打開循環(huán)水泵前后閥門。

1.5 Open the front and rear valves of the circulating water pump.

1.6給冷干機觸摸屏上電。

1.6 Power on the touch screen of the refrigerated dryer.

2、設(shè)備起動

2. Equipment startup

2.1按下水泵控制箱“啟動”按鈕，水泵開啟并查 #看水循環(huán)情況是否正常，如有漏水或其他故障進行消除。

2.1 Press the "Start" button on the water pump control box, turn on the water pump, and check if the water circulation is normal. If there is any leakage or other faults, eliminate them.

2.2點擊屏幕“開/關(guān)”按鈕，屏幕顯示“確定開機?”點擊確認。

2.2 Click the "On/Off" button on the screen, and the screen will display "OK to turn on?" Click OK.

2.3冷干機設(shè)備會自動運行，開機成功

3設(shè)備停運

3 Equipment shutdown

3.1 點擊屏幕“開/關(guān)”按鈕，屏幕顯示“確定關(guān)機?”點擊確認，冷干機設(shè)備停止運行。

3.1 Click the "On/Off" button on the screen, and the screen will display "Are you sure to shut down?" Click confirm, and the refrigerated dryer equipment will stop running.

3.2按下水泵控制箱“停止”按鈕，循環(huán)水泵停止，懸掛“備用”牌。

3.2 Press the "Stop" button on the water pump control box to stop the circulating water pump, and hang the "Backup" sign.

5.3冬季停運：?循環(huán)液是防凍液停運后，懸掛“備用”牌。

5.3 Winter shutdown:? Circulating liquid is a "backup" sign hung after the antifreeze is shut down.

②循環(huán)液是水要把冷干機、脫水罐、脫水模塊、循環(huán)水泵及管線水放凈后，把循環(huán)泵前后閥門關(guān)閉，懸掛“備用”牌。

② Circulating liquid is water. After draining the cold dryer, dehydration tank, dehydration module, circulating water pump, and pipeline, close the front and rear valves of the circulating pump, and hang a "standby" sign.
