（4）噴油提前角太小，噴油太遲使部分燃油在排氣管中燃燒

（5）進(jìn)氣量不足：空氣濾清器或進(jìn)氣管阻塞，渦輪增壓器壓氣機(jī)殼過臟等

（6）渦輪增壓器彈力氣封環(huán)燒壞或磨損，各結(jié)合面漏氣等

降低負(fù)荷使之在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)

清洗和清除塵埃污物，必要時更換濾芯

檢查或更換氣封環(huán)，擰緊結(jié)合面螺釘

檢查噴油器偶件，進(jìn)行修磨或更換。重新調(diào)整噴油壓力，使其達(dá)到規(guī)定范圍

適當(dāng)提高轉(zhuǎn)速及負(fù)荷，多運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一些時間

3排氣冒藍(lán)煙：

3. Blue smoke from exhaust:

（1）空氣濾清器阻塞，進(jìn)氣不暢或其機(jī)油盤內(nèi)機(jī)油過多（油濾式空濾器）

(1) The air filter is blocked, the air intake is not smooth, or there is too much oil in its oil pan (oil filter air filter)

（2）活塞環(huán)卡住或磨損過多，彈性不足；安裝時活塞環(huán)倒角方向裝反，使機(jī)油進(jìn)入燃燒室

(2) The piston ring is stuck or worn too much, and the elasticity is insufficient; During installation, the chamfering direction of the piston ring is reversed to allow the oil to enter the combustion chamber

（3）長期低負(fù)荷（標(biāo)定功率40%以下）運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，活塞與缸套之間間隙過大，使機(jī)油易串入燃燒室

(3) During long-term low load operation (below 40% of rated power), the clearance between piston and cylinder liner is too large, so that the oil is easy to string into the combustion chamber

（4）油底殼內(nèi)機(jī)油加入過多

(4) Too much oil is added in the oil pan
