1、在進行安裝活塞銷不加溫活塞。其中要是使用的是鋁活塞，那么在受熱時會出現(xiàn)膨脹，平常的時候我們在常溫下進行安裝活塞銷的時候，在將其裝入到活塞銷孔內(nèi)的時候則應(yīng)有一定的緊度。并且需要注意我們在進行安裝的時候我們應(yīng)預(yù)先將活塞在機油或水中將其加熱到90℃左右，然后將活塞取出，趁這活塞處于高溫用手就可以將活塞銷順利的推進活塞銷孔中，當然我們也要注意在裝配中的方向。

1. The piston pin is installed without heating the piston. If the aluminum piston is used, it will expand when heated. Usually, when we install the piston pin at room temperature, it should have a certain tightness when it is installed into the piston pin hole. In addition, it should be noted that during installation, we should heat the piston to about 90 ℃ in oil or water in advance, and then take out the piston. When the piston is at high temperature, we can push the piston pin smoothly into the piston pin hole by hand. Of course, we should also pay attention to the direction in assembly.

2、在更換氣缸墊的時候不清除殘余缸墊。就目前來說有很多的氣缸墊是采用石墨制成的，而此類的氣缸墊的黏附性較強、密封性較好，但是大多數(shù)只能使用1次。當我們拆下石墨缸墊的時候，黏附在機體及缸蓋平面上的殘余的舊缸墊，我們是必須清除干凈。這是因為黏附在機體及缸蓋接觸面上的雜物是凹凸不平，當我們重新裝上缸蓋之后，就極易造成氣缸墊壓不實，出現(xiàn)無法承受柴油機工作時高溫、高壓氣體的沖擊，出現(xiàn)再次沖壞氣缸墊情況。

2. When replacing the cylinder gasket, do not remove the residual cylinder gasket. At present, many cylinder gaskets are made of graphite, and these cylinder gaskets have strong adhesion and good sealing, but most of them can only be used once. When we remove the graphite cylinder gasket, we must remove the residual old cylinder gasket adhered to the plane of the engine body and cylinder head. This is because the sundries adhered to the contact surface of the engine body and cylinder head are uneven. When we reinstall the cylinder head, it is very easy to cause the cylinder pad to be incompletely pressed, which can not withstand the impact of high-temperature and high-pressure gas when the diesel engine is working, and the cylinder pad will be damaged again.

3、是在將機油批示器換成木橛的時候，當我們將濟南濟柴發(fā)電機組起動之后，機器顯示屏上面的機油指示器就會升起，這就標志著發(fā)電機組的潤滑情況良好，此時若是又露出機油噴孔，使機油從此孔噴出，潤滑搖背機構(gòu)，使柴油機工作正常。但是有的時候有些操作機手會發(fā)現(xiàn)機油指示器損壞后，將其拔出扔掉，砸進木橛。木橛就會堵住機油噴孔，這個時候搖背機構(gòu)得不到機油潤滑，就會加速機件磨損情況。

3. When replacing the oil indicator with a peg, when we start the Jinan jichai generator set, the oil indicator on the machine display will rise, which indicates that the lubrication of the generator set is in good condition. At this time, if the oil jet hole is exposed again, the oil will be ejected from the hole to lubricate the back shaking mechanism and make the diesel engine work normally. But sometimes some operators will find that the oil indicator is damaged, pull it out, throw it away and smash it into the peg. The peg will block the oil spray hole. At this time, the back rocking mechanism will not get oil lubrication, which will accelerate the wear of the parts.

4、是當我們在對軸瓦背面墊鐵皮或紙的時候。其中的曲軸軸頸與軸瓦磨損量超出一定范圍，使間隙增大。在工作中，因機油漏掉，油壓出現(xiàn)降低，從而導致潤滑不良，增加了磨損，并且還會發(fā)出異常敲擊聲音。

4. When we pad iron sheet or paper on the back of the bearing bush. The wear of crankshaft journal and bearing bush exceeds a certain range, which increases the gap. During operation, due to oil leakage, the oil pressure decreases, resulting in poor lubrication, increased wear, and abnormal knocking sound.

5、就是我們在進行更換氣門的時候不進行相應(yīng)的研磨操作。我們一般為了保證氣門的密封性，在更換氣門及氣門座的時候，是會用角度適當?shù)臍忾T鉸刀削，再將研磨膏涂于氣門與氣門座之間，用氣門研磨機或手工進行研磨，直至研磨出1條1～1.5毫米寬、整齊且暗灰色的連續(xù)環(huán)帶。

5. we do not carry out the corresponding grinding operation when replacing the valve. In order to ensure the tightness of the valve, when replacing the valve and valve seat, we will first use the valve reamer with appropriate angle, then apply the grinding paste between the valve and valve seat, and grind it with the valve grinder or manually until a neat and dark gray continuous ring belt with a width of 1 ~ 1.5mm is grinded.
